If a fish is occasionally chased by another fish (but not nipped at), is it stressful to the chasee and does it effect its overall health? I don't want to get rid of either fish and the chasee still has a good appetite, good color and is healthy. Any opinions?

The chaser is a blue face angel and the chasee is a majestic angel. Both in the 3 - 4" size range in my 120. Had this combo in my tank with no issues pre-Sandy but my Majestic didn't make it and I've had the replacement a little over a week. Some days they are fine and other days....

Any chance of rearranging the rock work a bit to possibly throw off the Blue Faces' familarity with the tank?
You can always do it as a temporary thing. Or put him in a time out..if you can catch him!

Some fish can't take being chased and eventually stress out of it and die from it. Some Angel are find with it and usually it will develop into a pecking order between the group, especially as one Angel get larger and a size difference develops between the two. You just need to see if the Angel that is being chased doesn't stress out too much.

I've actually had it reserve over time, as the Angel that was being chased started to get bigger, and eventually was larger than the Angel that was chasing it. In time the one that was being chased turned out to the one that was now chasing the other Angel. Unfortunetaly this wasn't a good thing and I had to remove the Angel that was now being chased.
