ordered live stock from bluezoo aquatics on the 22nd of dec arrival was suppost to be on the 28th. well we get an email stating our order has be delayed and will be delivered on the 29th and not to worry because they pack their livestock for two day on co2 ok no prob. well the 29th came and went and still no fish so we call and email bluezoo and finally someboby calls back. saying not to worry they'll take care of it. so monday comes. 31st dec our order arrives and everything is dead. but im not mad at that becuase our order was delayed due to weather what is upsetting is we sent emails and we tryed calling. but every time you call you dont get anyone just a stupid answering machine. and still no email or phone call from them. sorry for the wining just upsetting thats all.

I've ordered from them with great success. Just e mail them DOA about your livestock- I included pics on the fish and they will give you a credit. You have to use the full value and it doesn't go towards shipping but you also have up to a year to use it. Even without pics though they will credit you and email you a coupon code.

Well it may just be a real busy time from everyone having holiday cash gifts. When I called they answered each time and were very good on the phone as well as fast expediters. Hopefully they'll be squared away for you from this point on.
