Hi everyone. 3 years have passed since selling my 90 gallon rr setup. Have decided to dip my toe back in the water. I was given a 30 ogallon tank and stand to set up for my kids as a freshwater tank. I have decided to make it a saltwater marine fish only tank.

Now I need your help. This tank is not drilled. I have no idea how to set it up. What equipment do I need.
Examples of skimmers sumps hang on overflow boxes , pumps, substrate etc???

All help will be appreciated.

Thanks

I have 20 setup with 2 k1 powerheads, diy ato, and a reef octo bh100 hob skimmer. The skimmer has a chamber which allows me to put rock rubble and pura complete in there. The tanks been up for the better part of 4 months and even with heavy feedings i have 0 nitrates :D
The thing that sux about small tanks is the type of fish u can keep is limited. I took thus chance to keep damsels only. I have 2 yellowtail and 3 two stripe.
Good luck with wahtever you decide to do. Just try to keep diy simple
