Thinking about treating myself. Need some advice

I am doing my research. I am thinking about going with radion leds for my 90 DT I think the dimensions are 48x21x28. Should I go with 2 fixtures? I have a mixed reef. I am going to treat myself also with a mp40es as well. Time to step it up from 2 hydor koralias and my Power compact. Thank you all for the sugestions. And I will probably make the purchase in March.

I would not go with Radions, they were the worst LEDs I have owned, truthfully I would go with a nice T5 fixture or go with the MH/T5 fixture.

as for radions, talk to samsky he has them and his tank is beautiful....for ai's kres ran both the originals and the vegas and his tank is phenominal as well so he may be able to help you out with suggestions....kres actually has a 90 as well

I will say I like the idea of treating yourself to the MP40.

Why do you want to treat yourself to Radions? I am asking just to know why that particular brand is a treat vs any other type of LED in the market (why it suits your needs/wants).

I also just wanted to reply to MatthewScars: that was an awesome episode!! Treat yourself 2013!! hjhahaha...

If your going new purchase check out the new vender here Pharos light, seems to offer great customer service from the feedback. I scored a great deal on ai's or i prob was going with the pharos for my large cube build

I have the same exact set-up you are looking to get on my 48"x24"x24" mixed reef. The tank looks awesome. Everything is doing really well. I say go for it. You won't be sorry.

People on here talk good stuff about radions that is why I was leaning towards them. Vortech makes them correct? I wanted to use acan led a while ago because I have seen them in person. Radions I have seen thru videos. I guess I'm up on the fence w leds. Mp40es is definately happening though

Everyone is going to give you their opinion. I'm not saying that Ecotech Radions are better or worse than anything else. I'm saying I have them for a year now. They look great, my tank is doing great, and they have been problem free. I'm very happy with them.
