Apex jr controller

Need some help my apex controller display is not working it's blank went I plug it into my EB8. Do I have to update the firmware on it? If so how do I go about it? It was working fine before I unplug it to setup my new tank. Any ideas ? Thanks in advance.

Under Module Configuration, do you see the display module? On the same page, there's an update firmware option.

No I don't see the display module.

Hrm... try a different aquabus port? Have you completely powered down the EB8 and turn it back on?

yes done that about five times.

Try Apex customer service. I think they're on PST time, might be able to get someone now.
