I'm thinking of purchasing a custom hood and some retro lights for the hood and am looking for some good ideas for the canopy and suggestions on the type of lights.
the hood is going to be a problem because i have and exsisting stand by AGA that is maple and i want the canopy to match the finish as close as possible. I need suggestions on how hi should the canopy be built. how many fans ( was thinking of 4 5" fans, 1 on each end and 2 in the back). How to build the access panels like for feeding time. some gadgets like some type of hydrolics to lift the hood when i need to. please post pics and companies i can call for pricing. This was suggested as the lighting i should use by a good friend of mine. let me know what you think and add any info you guys think may be helpful.
