Anyone do house call tank drills?

Have a friend located in East Meadow, Long Island that is looking for 3 holes drilled on a 55g. At least one hole needs to be 1.5".

With 3 holes needed, dremel is too time consuming. The tank driller needs to have a bit for at least one 1.5" bulkhead.
