Crazy right? Literally after a few months he got that big from nothing! So weird. He was in a (gasp) seahorse tank! The tank did have some soft corals in it. Once he got as big as a quarter I moved him to the sump. He met his untimly end one night when I unplugged the filter fearing my male seahorse would give birth while I was at work. I think that screwed with the tank, because he and the seahorses died shortly after. Looking back it would have been really cool to keep him in his own tank and see how big he really could get. When I took that picture he nipped me and drew blood! He was AWESOME!! He would just eat the leftover mysis, and flakes I fed the clowns.
