Finnex heater

Sitting on my sofa and heard a pop then smelled something like crazy glue.
I noticed my Finnex 500w heater popped and had a bubble under the rubber. Only had it a few months and its shot.
Lucky my ehiem backup is there.
Disappointed and expected more from a titanium heater. In 5 years of keeps tanks it was the first one to go.

We do not carry Finnex heaters for this exact reason. Hope you didn't lose any livestock. I've seen them crash a tank from the innards exploding.
