How many lumins should a 150 have

Trying to find out how much light should be in my tank 150 with three ai sol blues .hade them set at 45w50b55rb but all my corals are closed wont open and water is great .all levels are good tested everything .thanks to all .running 75 gal sump.trying to get a lux meter

lights may be on too high, if you just changed over you should light acclimate your corals to the new led light since they may be stronger than what you had. and usually light in reef tanks isnt usually measured in lumens its usually measured in par or pur ratings.

Where in Queens are you? We have a Par ,Lux meter as well as spectrometer. Yes led are rated in Lumens in other applications but generally we are more concerned with PAR.. If you need we can always shoot over and tell you, your readings. That way at least you know what you are capable of keeping without the worry of hurting anything due to lack of light or too much .
