has anyone used chemi- clean for red slime on a sps tank. i usd it before when i had a lps softy tank and in about 2 days the tank looked great. now that i have a fully sps tank i'm a little scared to use.

I used it when I had some SPSs. They all bleached and died within days. Don't know if that was the cause of it or just a coincidence. LPSs were fine and the algae went away. But several previously (seemingly) healthy SPS corals bleached totally white within about 36hrs. :frown:

Its fine to use it on a SPS tank, I know people that uses it and with no ill effects.

yes i did. i called him three times today. also tried to inquire about warrens collection cup. guess i'll try again on monday
