Question for thouse who have delt with Spectrapur.
Last Thursday I called on the phone and placed a order for their NEW MAXCAP? RO/DI with AUTOMATIC Flush System.
When I placed my order they took my email and credit card info I assumed like every other company I have delt with when ordering over the phon or Internet that I would receive a email with a invoice notification/receipt ?

Friday came I sent a email to their Applications Engineer who I previously spoke with threw email about their products explaining the situation,he sent me
back a email stating he would forward my request to the sales department.

Monday afternoon still no return email from them, no phone call so I called the sales dept. and they told me my unit was in production mode and they will be sending me a tracking number soon.

It is now Wednesday and nothing?
Do they not have thes units sitting on a shelf eating for someone to buy them?

IMoP very poor customer service so far.

Has anyone had bad experience with them? Didn't think to ask this before I spent $500 on their unit:scratchch
I'm getting a little worried.
