ProFlex Sumps Model 1 Sump in Red Sea Max 130d

Just ordered a ProFlex Sumps Model 1 I'm going to be using a coral live super skimmer on my Red Sea max 130. Has any one else done this? Ill be taking out my stock skimmer and small Refugium i have in the stand and planing to put it in the back were the skimmer was. I

I had a 10 gallon sump/ fuge on mine with a sapphire skimmer...a 10 gallon fits perfect in the stand..

That's what I have now but I want more skimming and a small Refugium

So my proflex sump came in also my super skimmer from coral life. I know it's not the best skimmer in the world but for a 34 gallon tank I feel it will work.

So after a vary long fight and moving things around I got it to fit. The only thing I'm not going to like is that every time I'm going to clean the skimmer cup I'm going to have to pull out the entire skimmer. do to the skimmer cup being screwed on tight.

Nice setup , make sure return pump never got clogged w/Macro algae.

I stacked live rock on my mag 3 from the old refugem I had. So I hope it doesn't grow that low

How should I wash the filter socks. Can I put it in a washing machine with no detergent
