Running lunar lights all night?

I have recently added a few more strips of LEDs to my 2 elos elight 3l fixtures. All together I have 4 whites, 4 white red combo, 4 blue and 4 royal blue led units. I also have the elos temp which allows me to set times and brightness. I am running all the lights at 30% during the day but was wondering about night. There is a function that allows me to run the blue lights at night. I have it currently set at 1% brightness of the regular blue led units. That mean all 4 units with all their LEDs are running at 1%. I think it might be to much. Dose anyone have any input on how much lunar light I should be running if any at all and if I should have some time that is completely black.
