No easy answer to this question because there are too many factors, like distance coral from the light, what lens is on the light, how many lights you have in the tank, what coral they are. Note: LED light are cumulative, that means the light next to the one you are looking at actually spill lights over to add to the total of the light on the corals. The best way is eyeballing the health of the coral.
