Red hair algae help

My Red Sea max has been running a little over 3 months now and this past week I noticed some red hair algae pop up. Now it has spread a little to one area. All my parameters are in check. Did a 10 gal water change a few days ago. What's the best way to combat this problem. I like to think i don't over feed. I'm running a sponge and chemipure elite and that's it. Stock skimmer. About 10hrs of light. Give me some help.

Not red hair algae its cyano

I should have read into it more before I posted.

I used ChemiClean to get rid of the cyano I had. Next day, 30-40% water change. Are you using RO water or tap?

RO. Unit is only a few months old

130d. Love it. Just want to upgrade the skimmer

First grab the skimmer and run it over with a car. I never got any skimming from it. You need more flow in that tank. I have two mp10es w plus the stock power heads. Look at my sump upgrade topic
