anyone familiar with tunze 7096 controller. i set the program on my mac, but when i click send to unit nothing happens. now on lower left corner says, no interface detected. my son even tried it on windows, same thing. i just bought it, I'm thinking its defective. even if it does detect interface it still won't send to unit. thanks in advance.
