Sump Tank

I need to make a new sump tank. But it has to be very small since my stand has limited space. I want something like 19 inches long, 10 inches wide. Doesn't matter how height, maybe 16 or 17 inches height.

I just want very simple sump design. Anyway can help me out? Thanks.
