t-5 bulb length?

hey anybody know if NO t-5 bulbs are the same length as HO t-5 bulbs? I know that a 36inch vho bulb isn't the same length as a 36inch NO t-5 bulb, was just wonder does that go for the two different t-5 bulbs also?
