Frag tank + kessil a150w?

I have a frag tank that is 20x17x8. Would a kessil a150w be enough to grow Sps? I'm thinking yes because it's so shallow but leave your opinions.

I have 18x18x10 frag tank using Kessil 150w 15,000 ocean blue. Mostly SpS with few frogspawn. I had to add some led lights to it. Not to happy with it. But I heard the 10,000 is brighter.
