200 dd on order - need advise on return pump

Placed my order for the marineland 200 gallon deep dimension. Should be here in a few weeks. The tank has 2 corner flows rated at 700 gph each for a total of 1,400gph. I'm looking for an external return pump for my sump. I want a slower circulation thru the sump so my skimmer can work to the max capacity. I will have a lot of flow in the DT with the powerhead and I will also have a manifold for the sump. Can anyone recommend a reliable return pump? I like the iwaki pumps but the reviews say they are loud and a take up alot of power. Has anyone used the reeflo Blowhole? I like that you can adjust the flow. Link is below.

I have a Reeflo Dart/Snapper Hybrid pump on my 200DD, I have a manifold that come off the pump to feed water to a few things, quiet, efficient, and reliable.

Go with the blowhole. So quiet you'll have to put your ear close to the pump to know it's on. Plus has three different settings. low wattage.If your tank is in the living room ,Great room or movie room. Excellent choice!!!
