i was trying for just a hour now trying to hook up the controller to the internet and i have no clue how, i read the instructions 4 times and cant get it, everytime i put my ip address in the browser it brings me to the login and password for verizon, so i put admin and 1234.. i then got locked out lol fml.. so if anyone knows of a video walk through that i couldnt fine or if someone could seriously help me that would be great ..

I know my IP address but when I type it in on the browser it brings me articles of the IP address . And then if I use my phone it brings me to a Verizon log in

Are you able to access locally at all? Start with this first. Then look at the documentation on Neptune's website, it details router type by router type for all the different providers. It is the result of the RC forums btw. Really extensive.
