I recently set up my tank finished cycle have some coral in it and a clown and a four striped damsel had a dramatic temp drop due to leaving cooling fan on for two day while I was away now fish have ick should I take them out and quarantine or is there some thing I can put in tank that will not affect coral

If it was just a temp drop instead of ick from prior tank. Just let them fight it off. You will end up stressing them out more trying to do anything if it was just caused by a quick incident with the tank.

Tough call. If you take them out and place them in hyposalinity at 1.008-1.010sg in a hospital tank you will have to let your DT go fallow for 6-8 weeks to make sure all stages of ich die. You could let them try to fight it off but then you'd have ich in your system and other fish you may want to introduce later may also get ich. They may not fight if off so well if they are new because of stress. If it were me I'd take them out.
