problems with my ro system

all of a sudden my ro system is acting up the firdt 2 canisters fill up with water but the last one doesent at all its the one with the resin I took everything apart put it back idk wut could it be

First 2 should be prefilters, third one (DI) is after RO unit... So it sounds like there is no 'clean' water coming out of RO unit
When did you last change RO membrane?
Is there any waste water?

I never changed the membrane I had it about 16 month its throwing out waste water but not a lot like it normaly does

The 2 on the right sre filtets the first one is resin

Maybe just temporarily remove the membrane to see if flow improves, at least you'll get better idea of problem

Loosen the last container a little bit while it is running so the air in the canister can escape. The water will rise.
Let a little water leak out and tighten it back up when completely full.
Sometimes if the unit is not level this will happen.

Since you say there is water in "both of the filters" before the RO membrane, and that the waste water from the membrane is lower than normal, I'd bet your carbon filter is mostly clogged. Try removing just that filter as a test to see if your flow improves. If so, then replace with a new one.

Change the prefilter and the carbon first, if it doesn't improve then it's the ro membrane. when was the last time u changed the prefilter. If waste water is not coming out a lot then it's prbly before the ro. you can also open the flush and see if there is a lot of water coming out, if not then again it's the 2 filters before.

I had the same problem with my unit....first thing I did was buy a pressure gauge and installed it before the membrane...if the pressure changes then I know it's time for new filters.like everyone else here is saying remove the line going into the membrane and if the flow isn't slow then you know it's the membrane if it is slow then it's the filters.
