120 Cube - DIY Project

So since no one wants to buy this lovely cube, I figured I could start planning for a cool project. Given the side panels aren't tempered, I'd like to have them cut down from 30x30 to 30x15 to create nice lagoon styled tank. Since the glass is 1/2inch thick I would go rimless and have the tank lit by a single lumerarc 10k bulb for grow out and fuge inhabitants (macros and mangroves).

Before I get carried away, does anyone know of place that would cut the tank down?

Without breaking down the tank to have it cut down... I think it would be next to impossible to cut the glass properly in its current state.

Planning on taking it apart completely and putting it back together.

Top edges of the glass would need to be finished.

So it's roughly $20 to cut and polish each panel, once they aren't tempered. Now to figure out if the tank sides are tempered.

look at the glass iirc there is usually very very fine markings from the finishing of tempered and non tempered.
