pairing up harliquins

I've had a male harlequin shrimp for about six months I just bought a female last week but they don't seem to really even notice each other any ideas how to get them to pair up?

Low lights and a little Barry White couldn't hurt

...likely nothing you can do. I've never seen a pair of Harleys stray far from each other in a tank. Maybe they need a little more time or are super busy working on your asterinas (assuming that might be why you got them?)
