So I had my RO unit running over night. I just change all the filters 2 day ago and replace the 1 mircon with a 5 micron sediment. This morning I find my Carbon Block & Sediment filter brown. I know my water cant be that dirty. What can be the problem? Should I look into buying a new RO unit?

I think an analysis of your source water is in order. What is your TDS out of the tap? I've seen a range of source water TDS from about 40 ppm up to as high as 850 ppm. You could very well benefit from a second sediment pre-filter. I would probably use a 5 micron and follow that with a 1 micron sediment filter.

my tds was saying 0.00 for the water coming out the unit but Err for the water coming out the membrane. I think its time to change the membrane. I havent change it since I bought the unit 3/4 yrs ago.

That will not affect the first 2 filters unless you changed the order of the filters.

Typically, water goes into micron then carbon then RO membrame.

Hope that helps,

Manny, a typical RO/DI usage will give you a life of about 2 years on your membrane. 3-4 years is way over the recommended replacement time. Based on the picture it appears your membrane is a 75 gpd rating.
