Help rock anemone

Im not sure whats happening to my anemone .. It is spitting some mucus can anyone advice?

im pretty sure that's zooxanthellae its spitting out you might have too much light on it.

Also that's not a rock anemone its a mini maxi carpet anemone.

no it wont. but try and lower your lighting if you can, cause your mini maxi will start too lose coloring.

Your tank may become cloudy when carprets release their water. Try moving it lower in the tank and replace your filter media once is stops spelling

i think its pooping, i had a rbta use to do it about ounce a week, that i noticed.
i would leave it alone.
