how to attach a picture in a private message?

I have been looking around the website, and can't find any instructions how to attach a picture in a PM.

Could some one either explain how to or, point me to the instructions on the website?

Try good old copy and paste, worked for me recently. Def. Not most tech savvy way but it did work

upload it to photobucket and copy the Image code and paste it into the pm
