I had a tank without a skimmer and I used:

Sponge Power
Zeo Start
Coral Booster
Pohl's Xtra
Coral Vitalizer

It was excellent but you have to be extra careful not to overdose as the stuff is highly concentrated. Hope this helps.

No problem, I only use Sponge Power and Coral Booster now. My skimmer is way too oversized for my tank now so I dose at night when the skimmer goes off. I only run the skimmer until 9pm, it has been stripping the water of too many nutrients and my system is super clean. I was about to do a water change last week and when I tested I had nitrates at (1) and phosphates at 0.02 and that is feeding very heavy once per day. Hope that helps.
