what would you do?

i have a clarkii clownfish that is suffering severe pop-eye in both eyes. I do believe he is blind now. He got the condition by going berserk every time i tried to clean the glass with my mag float. He will starve to death because he cant see the food when i feed. Should i off him myself or let him suffer? what would you do?
I have 12 other fish that are perfect so its an isolated condition. No quarantine tank here and if someone wants or thinks they can save him, he is yours free. Thanks...

My hippo tang would get pop eye from time to time and I used MelaFix Marine and it clears it up.
