Can I use a stand that was for a 110G and now use it for a 120G?
or that will be one BIG NO NO

I'm pretty sure a 110 is narrower than a 120, if they are the same footprint then you should have no problems.

24" deep vs 18" deep... if both keep the 48" then you need to be concerned with the depth.
