Thank you for sharing the link to the rules. After reading the rules, it appears the only option for the OP is to vent in the Waaaaaaaah thread.
Regardless, I too share the same concern. It appears sellers will continue to violate the rules and all we can do about it is Waaaaaaaah.
Also, I don't buy it that its not possible to upload pics from a mobile device. The option is there.
I will now head over there to vent.

Its written in the rules but not enforced. Why should the buyer have to PM someone and ask questions what they are selling only to learn that the seller is 200 miles away from them.

I dont see the issue. On the main sale you say "NYC" then if youre interested you can ask for his address or zip code. You dont have to post any information past your general location or county on the post.
