Good or bad hitchhiker?

Just bought 2 acros from maximum reef and found this little guy in my dip.. What type of crab is he and is it good or bad?

thats a good one, lol i seen alot of them when i was putting them in the tank, lol was hoping to snag some for myself but didnt want to kill them trying to get them out

yes, the hairy ones are the bad ones

Not only good guy but are associated with lower RTN and pests.. They stay small... I saw my wrasse eat one . I felt bad....poor little guy....
