Unexplainable Leak

Last night my 55 started to leak out of the bottom and water was everywhere, thank god I got home in time to save the fish, yellow tang breathing fast though, should i silicone the bottom to stop the leak or dose anyone have a different solution

First you want to make sure the leak is from the tank and not some thing else, like a filter or over flow. If the tank is leaking you want to move out all the fish, water and such. Then remove the old silcone, dry and clean the area and then re-silcone it.

Even better just buy a new tank.

if its the tank itself just get a new one.
