New tank setup LETS GO

Looking for a good few men and woman to help with the hook up of my 180. Planning on the 24th of August. I might have 1 reefer if he is not busy and 4 16 and 17 year olds to carry the beast in just looking for 2 more hands maybe 3 to help with the remaining plumbing and the taking apart and transfer of new corals and rock. Plumbing in the basement is complete so its just from the return pipe and some drain pipes that need to be hooked up. LMK if your down and i will have beer and BBQ ready for ya Thank you

Duke, did you decide if your going bare bottom or sand. If you google reef tanks and clink on images you will see hundreds of SpS set ups. I would say 95% or better have sand. Hope looking at these picture help you decide. I'm going sandless next build. Good luck on your upgrade.

Yes, but most have 1" or less, just to look nice, need good siphon all the time, i hope Duke first start BB, then u got time for ad. sand. the worst problem is PO4, then sand become "detritus factory".
