its always something.. the ceramic shaft on my reef octopus nw110 broke and im having trouble finding a site to order a replacement.

Contact coralvue directly they will send you out a replacement if its still under the warranty period. If not they'll sell you one and send it to you. They have great customer service. One of their skimmers I installed in a customers tank was missing the outlet adapter- called them and a new one was at my door 2 or 3 days later.
