Change modem now i cant access my Apex

Hi MR. I upgrade my Motorola router for a Ubee router from Time Warner and i cant figure out the port forwarding for my apex.
Also since apex is having problems with the GMX emails services i dont get my emails or text.
Any1 have port forwarding in this router ?? Did any1 have problems with ur emails alerts and solved them???

You set the apex to 9900 yet on your PF you have it as 80...

Set PF to Internal 9900 and External 9900 for both TCP/UDP and click enable.

As for the email, i dont have the time to help.
