Hey guys, hows everybody and their tanks doing? Felt like I havent been on here forever. Let me get str8 to the point. I had a power failure in my house where my circuit breaker trip and the power went out on my 2 tanks. I flip the power back on and now my apex display looks like this. ( Pix Below ). I tried unplugging and plugging the controller back in but no results. Can anyone help me???

Can you access the Apex via web browser?

If you do a factory reset it will fix it, but then you will need to reprogram or back up the system first and then restore it after the factory reset.

That usually happens too when u had ur controller set up for so long and dont do a firmware update. Do that first u will want to do it anyways and that may fix the problem. Plus an update will not erase ur settings
