Please help! What is going on with my duncan?

I am not sure whats going on, but this is how I just found my Duncan, it was fine an hour ago. 3 heads have giant holes in them all the way through with something (like a see through tentacle) coming out of it... Please help.

I read a few posts about nitrates being too high, I just ran the test and it shows zero. Anything else? Ill try changing the water right now...

I could be wrong (but hopefully I am right) I think it was just... Pooping. This morning before lights went on,it looked closed but that hole was closed as well. So hopefully when I get home later today, it will be beautiful as always.

Sorry for the false alarm, but it was indeed pooping. It looks great again. I just never seen this before, scared the c*** out of me.
