Power Head input!

I was looking at a evolution 750 or tunze 6025
I have a 45gal cube and wanted good flow but did not want to blow the water out of the the tank!
are they about the same size becauce size is an issue!

I don't know the flow of those pump models, but If I was using normal koralias, for a 45, I'll go with the a single pump 800 gallon per hour or for high flow for SPS, 2 pumps at 600 gal/hr.

Thanks for the input... I was replacing a koralias and was thinking of kicking up the flow a bit but wanted to still have room for live stock in the tank!
