Phosphate question

So my phosphates were very very high. All other parameters are gold. I just installed the bulk reef supply gfo reactor and in 48 hours my po4 went from 1ppm to .5. Will it keep dropping? Or will it stay at this level?

The GFO will keep removing it until your GFO is used up. Takes about a few days to get very low readings.

You will never be able to completely remove phosphates out of a system. You can only reduce and control them.

You do not want to remove them completely otherwise you would end up killing everything. There will always be an introduction of phosphates either though food, dust or anything else that goes into the tank.
