Anyone here a carpenter deck builder??
Duke I here u and ur way probably better but the other way would be much neater gotta see how many studs I cAn find Ill find the center of the stud using pilot holes then measuring

use a fine finishing nail to locate studs, right where 2x6 will go.

Will do !! I'm gonna try edds way see how it feels if its real sturdy ill test it out if I'm not happy ill add a leg or 2 where I can

Ok I had an hr to work on shelf so far so good

At first was gonna cover the whole sump but now I'm gonna do a shelf on either side leave middle open to access sump skimmer etc...
