As long as you buy new dont worrry about the brand too much, new gets you warranty.
Used, exposes you many scammers selling broken chillers as working. To buy a used chiller you must see it in operation, must know how to test a chiller to ensure it works and a bucket or bathtub test does not suffice.
Buy new, buy one with built in thermostat and controller.
Why do you even need a chiller? Canopy fan, stand fan, window AC

In my opinion brand can make all the difference in the world. Tradewind is made with all components being the same as the deli meat cases use. They're a little pricey but built like tanks and made to last.
They are no bells and whistles, no fancy LEDs for readouts.
Now the important things besides build quality other than the display and internals. They come with a ranko controller and the temp probe is inserted by you. It slides into a tube and can be removed if the controller ever goes bad. Being ranko it's extremely accurate.
Other brands are good also but I am on the side of spending a bit more once instead of a little less twice(or more possibly).
