The Official Petco 33 gal Oceanic Thread.

Since it seems a few of us have picked up the 33 oceanic from Petco, I thought it would cool to dedicate a thread on how different all these tanks are going to develop.

OK, so I picked mine up today. Like a dummy I left the lights and canopy in store. I called them and am going to try and pick them up tomorrow. I paid $47 for the tank, regular retail was $149.99.

I'm thinking of building a copy of the stand they have in store. I may just buy the one they have depending on price.

Any suggestions on lighting these babies? Anyone drilling?

I took the tank home yesterday and my wife isn't happy. And I really don't have place to put, well my wife thinks I don't have place to put. Anyway, I think I have to return my tank. If anyone wants to buy Oceanic 33G cube and can't find anywhere from Petco, let me know. I will sell it to you at the price I got. Otherwise, I will just return it to the store. Let me know asap. I live in the NJ.

Yeah, my wife definately wears the pants in the house and this is no joke. I really hate to give up this great deal. Anyone wants it, let me know please. I will hold this tank for few days before I return it to the store. I know it's little hard to find right now, I had to call 3 different places to get mine.
