I have a 100 gallon tank & a 30 gallon Refugium so how many gallons of a water change I should be doing weekly. Currently I been doing 10 gallons a week. Is that too much or should I do 10 gallons every 2 weeks, or 5 gallons a week I'm kinda confuse on this. The positive thing is that I don't have any issues with my tank but I will like to keep it that way.

Taking into account the fuge (sump?) wouldn't be full of water and the display tank - if it has an 'average' amount of live rocks - your total actual gallonage is probably about 90-100 Gallons.
10 G a week for changes would be a good amount. :)

I have a 110 DT, 38 mantis shrimp tank, and 30 water change tank and about 30 gallons in my 75 sump. I do about 15 gallons a week. Sometimes I even do between 5-7 gallons twice a week. I think that helps me with the no dosing method.

Every tank is different man, Reef, fish only, mixed reef and so on. If you have high nitrates you may have to change more.

My tank is loaded with rock I will put up a picture when I get out of work today but I have a few not so hardy fish in my tank. For example, a clown tang & he's eating a lot and active so I am kinda scary to do a huge water change at one shot and shock the fish and I find him dead the next morning so I'm comfortable with the 10 gallons weekly but I will love to just do 20 gallons every 2 weeks, it will be some much easier for me but hey I rather play it safe.
