Pj cardinals spawned at lij hospital

just saw a nice big pair at LIJ Children's Hospital in New Hyde Park. tried to a get pick of the large male holding the eggs, but it kept hiding in the fake coral. i called the aquarium network folks to see if they can save them. if not, maybe someone who knows someone there can make some calls. it was a awesome sight. it would be a shame if they became fish food. happy breeding LIJ!

if the tank is mature enough, the fry can hold their own if they get enough zooplankton to eat.

doubt it...it's a fish only with fake corals (like a tank from TANKED). all semi-aggressive fish...i think they will become fish food...
