settings on ai sol

so I got me a great deal on three units of ai sol blues yesterday. I installed them 12' from top of the water and I love it . The colors and programmable settings r amazing. my question to all u ai users is what settings are u using there r 14 channels I set something up I got of the internet I already had leds before so corals are use to the strong lights. I ran my whites at 70 and blues at 100 can u recommend some setting.I want moon lights on at night blue lights on by ten whites on by 12. whites of by 8 then blue and royal till ten nice and bright then moon lights till like 8 am please explain how mych ramping down and light intensitys on the channels this is confusing. I also like strong lighting what r ya using and what do u think I should use.

You should do a lighting acclimation mode before you burn your corals
I run run my whites at 40 blues at 80 and I do a ramp about 30 minutes in between

i figured since i already had led on my tank and they were about 6inches from water now my lighs are alittle over 12'
