Petco corals?

WTH...

They can't even take care of their fish and I saw about 10-15pieces of coral in their tanks!

I ran there to get some fishy food and decided to look around. I forgot the prices because they all looked horrible. I was really disappointed though because they had a nice size mini maxi but for $30 I didn't want to spend any more money than I had to at a Petco.

They also had a snowflake clown and some or most of their fish had ick.

It's one system all together even thou they might have like 5 to 6 tanks running in one system it still affects all fish

Was there yesterday to pick up some stuff for my daughters puppy and to my surprise they had 2 tanks with corals. However, they looked horrible, no color, bleached, fish had ick, they should just stay away from saltwater period.

Wow lot of petco threads goin round... they do suck. I just hate that theyre convenient when you need a quick jar of pellets or flake food in a pinch while the wifes over in Target. I really dislike giving them my business.

I was just there yesterday to see what?s going on with them, I never got corals from them but, but it looks like they are getting better with their 2 frag tanks, they always have their ups and downs, never steady.


All my corals are from MR members, what?s better than supporting MR members!!!!! We know better than some stores!!!

This was on rt17 near Paramus Park mall. Seems like all petco's have went with corals though. I wonder if they actually sell any fish/coral though? They must if they stock them. We must BAN them!
