Feeding fish and Coral

I read the other thread by slama about making your own fish/coral food. Just wanted to know how to make it, blending it thorougly with no little chunks of blending till very liquidy and then freeze? After frozen how should i feed my tank? just throw the whole cube in there or just a little portion of the cube. Or use a turkey baser?

blend,freeze,cut into cubes,throw cube in tank. done

since you don't have many fish i would make 1/2 cubes. maybe 1 is ok.
